ROBERT T. SEWARD, B.S.
Rob grew up Eugene, Oregon. He served 10 years in the United States Air Force as an aircraft ejection systems mechanic. After separating from the armed forces and attending California State University, Fresno, Rob discovered a passion for the life sciences. His research experience includes assessing the effects of coastal dredging on the biodiversity of Morro Bay and studying bat biodiversity in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. He also spent four months living on Hawaii Volcanoes National Park studying Hawaiian hoary bat roost ecology. Rob graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Working for Colibri has granted Rob the opportunity to expand his conservation and wildlife biology skills, while striving to ensure the protection of California’s biological resources. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, biking, hiking, camping and traveling.
