Sarah is a biologist with more than 15 years of experience. Her interest in natural history and ecology began while exploring California’s wildlands as a teenager. She completed a B.A. in Environmental Studies at Prescott College in Arizona and an M.S. in Biology at the College of Staten Island, where she researched the survey methods used in managing least terns in coastal New England. Sarah spent eight years studying rare plants and animals from Hawaii to Massachusetts. More recently, she has provided field and data support for studies of waterbirds in the Gulf of Mexico. She enjoys mastering new skills and their applications, collaborating with peers and clients, and completing new projects. In her spare time, Sarah likes hiking with her Wheaten Terrier, Gus.
